Nancy K. Coy: President/Founder
Nancy Coy is results oriented strategic leader with a proven track record. She leads Coastline Credit after having been the Founder of what is today, the nation’s leading in-house patient finance company, Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD). She has over 27 years of broad based experience in healthcare and consumer financing. Her skills include but are not limited to administration, revenue cycle management, operations, business development, medical devise acquisition and marketing. She has been developing medical and dental consumer/patient financing programs as an area of expertise for the past 18 years. She has successfully assisted independent practitioners, healthcare systems and national, multi-million dollar companies. Her design and architecture of the “right” financing programs have led to enhancing company revenues, the patient/consumer experience and heightened branding.
Nancy has been featured in many trade periodicals as an expert in her field, including Healthcare Executive Magazine. She is a frequent speaker and in-demand instructor at trade workshops and national trade shows.
Nancy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Wayne, and their children. When not at work, Nancy enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, spending quality time with her family, watching professional sports and coaching women in business in servant lead leadership.

Kris Osborn: Finance
Kris is a business and finance expert. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1987 with some of the largest banking institutions in the country; Bank of American, Wells Fargo and CitiBank. She was recognized at a high level for her sales management, business acumen, communication skills, and people management of sixty plus employees at the local and regional levels.

Mark Perez: Business Development Representative
Mark has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and finance industries. In 2000, Mark started his career with Fortune 100 company ADP after graduating from University of West Georgia in Carrollton, on a full baseball scholarship. After 7 years of tremendous success at ADP, earning numerous national awards and recognition, then 3 years at Price Waterhouse Cooper as an Enterprise Business Executive, Mark decided to take a huge risk and launch his own consulting company (MPower Consulting, LLC), focusing on assisting start up or challenged companies, strategically grow their business. Over the last 5 years, Mark has played an integral role in growing various companies collectively to over 5 million dollars in revenue.

Dr. Uly Pabon: Director of Training and Customer Experience
Uly has been in training and development since 1979, in multiple fields including consumer and patient financing. He currently holds a Masters in Behavioral Psychology, and a Doctorate in Divinity. Uly also Pastors a church, in his community, that is dedicate to the elderly. When he’s not serving The Lord, or his friends here at Coastline, he enjoys spending time his High School Sweetheart, his wife… (don’t worry they are the same) their 3 beautiful daughters, 3 sons in law, 2 grandkids…and their dog Sparky.

Amanda Holman, Project Manager
Amanda has been in healthcare for the past twelve years starting including both on the clinical and administrative side. Having worked for a large local healthcare organization and IPA, she has worked directly with many Executives and Physician Leaders. Realizing her passion for healthcare, Amanda earned her BS in Healthcare Administration.
Professional interest includes Healthcare Advocacy, and LEAN Six Sigma Methods. On her down time you can find Amanda spending time with her husband and two kids.
